What you will do:
Strategize, execute, and refine paid media campaigns across social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve performance goals
Set up and advise on tracking systems and analytics for accurate campaign measurement
Deliver detailed campaign reports to stakeholders, offering clear insights and actionable next steps
Align with our creative team to develop effective ad assets
Advise clients on performance and paid media topics, shaping annual strategies and campaign approaches
What we expect:
Proven experience in paid media management with a strong focus on social media channels
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Solid understanding of tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adverity, tracking pixels and experience in setting up and managing these technologies
Experience with setting up and maintaining dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Looker Studio, PowerBI)
Strong analytical knowledge and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English
Willingness to work regularly on-site at our Vienna office
Based in Austria, Germany or Portugal
Your annual gross salary for this full-time position as an Intermediate starts at € 39,500. How much more you actually earn will depend on your experience and qualifications.
